This Agreement governs your use of the win96 platform, including all games, account services, promotions, and payment functions. By creating an account or using win96 in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register for and use win96. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. win96 enforces age verification at the point of identity confirmation (KYC). Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 will be immediately closed and funds returned to the payment source.
Each individual may maintain only one active win96 account. Duplicate accounts — whether to claim bonuses multiple times or for any other purpose — constitute a material breach of this Agreement. win96 reserves the right to close all associated duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances or bonuses linked to those accounts without prior notice.
All bonuses credited to your win96 account are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time the bonus is offered. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met. win96 reserves the right to cancel bonuses that are claimed through abusive or fraudulent behavior.
Before win96 processes any withdrawal request, the account holder must complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued ID and a matching selfie. This requirement exists to comply with anti-money laundering obligations and to protect players from unauthorized account access. Withdrawal requests cannot be processed for unverified accounts.
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in collusion, use of automated software (bots), exploitation of software errors or vulnerabilities, money laundering, chargebacks, or any other behavior designed to gain an unfair advantage on win96. Violations result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of win96 that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:
By accessing the win96 platform, creating an Account, or using any of the Services in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the win96 Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules or promotional terms that may apply.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the win96 platform and Services. Continued use of win96 following the posting of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
win96 reserves the right to require users to affirmatively re-confirm their acceptance of these Terms at any time, particularly following material amendments to this Agreement.
You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for or use the win96 platform. This minimum age requirement is established by PAGCOR regulation and Philippine law applicable to online gaming. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.
win96 is designed for and directed at residents of the Republic of the Philippines. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing and using win96 is lawful in your jurisdiction. win96 does not warrant that access to or use of the platform is lawful in any jurisdiction other than the Philippines.
Each person may hold only one registered Account on win96. You may not register or maintain more than one Account, whether under your own name, under a false identity, or using another person's identity or contact information. Holding multiple Accounts is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated Accounts.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your legal full name, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and any other information required by win96's registration form. You are responsible for keeping your registration information current and accurate. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any other person. win96 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
win96 is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering law to verify the identity of its users. Prior to processing any withdrawal, and at any time at win96's discretion, you may be required to submit: (a) a copy of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document (such as a PhilSys National ID, SSS card, GSIS card, driver's license, or Philippine passport); and (b) a recent selfie holding your identification document. Additional documentation may be requested in connection with specific transaction volumes or account activities.
An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. win96 will attempt to notify you by SMS or email before applying any dormancy management procedures. Dormant Accounts with remaining balances will be subject to a monthly administrative fee of PHP 100 after the dormancy period commences, until the balance is exhausted or the Account is reactivated.
You may close your win96 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to Account closure, all pending wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be addressed — Bonus Funds and unmet bonus-derived balances will be forfeited upon closure. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
win96 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the payment methods listed on the platform's Deposit page, which may include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other methods as updated from time to time. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.
Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements. Withdrawal requests are subject to: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) fulfillment of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds; and (c) win96's standard processing timelines, which are displayed on the Withdrawal page.
win96 complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering legislation. win96 reserves the right to delay, hold, or decline any transaction that it reasonably suspects may be connected to money laundering, fraudulent activity, or any other unlawful conduct. win96 may report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) or other competent Philippine authorities as required by law.
Bonuses and promotional offers are made at win96's sole discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Unless otherwise specified in the terms of a particular offer, bonuses are available to one Account per person, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method. win96 reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reclaim any bonus found to have been claimed in breach of this Agreement or specific bonus terms.
Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Until the applicable wagering requirement has been completed in full: (a) Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn; (b) winnings generated from Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn; and (c) win96 may restrict certain withdrawal requests pending wagering completion.
win96 actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposite bets to minimize wagering risk, systematic low-risk staking to satisfy wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, and collusion between accounts to benefit from promotional terms. Any Account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonus balances and associated winnings forfeited and may be permanently closed.
win96's cashback and VIP tier rewards are calculated and credited as described in the VIP Program terms applicable at the time of calculation. Cashback amounts credited to eligible Accounts may be subject to reduced or no wagering requirements, as specified in the relevant terms. win96 reserves the right to amend VIP tier thresholds, cashback percentages, and reward structures with reasonable notice to affected users.
All games offered on win96 are governed by the specific rules applicable to that game, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to game play mechanics; these Terms shall prevail with respect to Account management, financial transactions, and conduct.
All non-live casino games on win96 utilize Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. win96's RNG systems are subject to independent third-party testing and certification to ensure statistical randomness and fairness. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available within the respective game information panels.
Live casino games on win96 are operated by licensed third-party game providers using physical casino equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) and professional dealers operating in certified studio environments. The rules and outcomes of live casino games are governed by the applicable game rules and the physical results of game equipment operation.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or human error during any game round, win96 reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund any stakes placed in that round to the relevant Account(s). Wins resulting from a clearly identifiable error (including but not limited to incorrect game settings, display errors, or software faults) will be voided. The decision of win96 management in relation to error-based disputes is final.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the win96 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes as intended by this Agreement. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the win96 platform without the prior written consent of win96.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, win96 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:
Nothing in this Section 11 limits win96's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
win96 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons (without limitation):
Upon Account closure for cause, win96 may forfeit any Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings. Real-money balances will be returned to the Account holder following completion of all required verification and review processes, unless forfeiture is warranted by the circumstances of closure (e.g., fraud or money laundering).
win96 collects, processes, and retains personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using win96, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
win96 may share your personal data with third parties where required by Philippine law, PAGCOR regulation, or court order, including with the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR). win96 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your express prior consent.
win96 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, win96 will provide reasonable advance notice via the email address or mobile number registered to your Account, or by posting a prominent notice on the win96 platform. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of win96 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using win96 and may close your Account in accordance with Section 4.3 prior to the effective date.
This Agreement is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
If you have a dispute or complaint relating to your Account or the win96 Services, you should first contact win96 customer support. win96 commits to acknowledging all complaints within 48 hours and to providing a substantive response within seven (7) business days. We encourage all users to resolve disputes through this internal process before pursuing formal legal remedies.
If an internal resolution cannot be reached, complaints relating to win96's compliance with PAGCOR regulations may be escalated to PAGCOR in accordance with its published procedures for player complaints against PAGCOR-licensed operators.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the processes described in Sections 15.2 and 15.3 shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Republic of the Philippines. You waive any objection to the laying of venue of any such proceedings in Metro Manila.
If any provision of this Agreement is found by a competent court to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from this Agreement and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms & Conditions, together with the win96 Privacy Policy and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and win96 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings relating to the same subject matter.
